We want to ensure that everyone is happy with their order and we will refund the purchase price if the customer is not satisfied. We always send drafts/proofs for approval before running custom orders and since we can't resell custom orders, there won't be a refund on custom or special orders. We also won't issue a refund if the request for a refund is submitted more than 30 days after delivery. It will be our choice whether to pay to have the item returned or to have the customer destroy the item. WE use 2 or 3 day Priority Mail with the US Postal Service. On orders with multiple items we combine items into 1 box if possible to save on shipping costs and refund any shipping overages charged at checkout.
We ask for 10 business days to get your items personalized and out to you, Including shipping times. We try very hard to get your items personalized and out to you as quickly as possible. Many times in the same day.
We always send a draft or proof for approval and ask if any other changes are needed before we make your item permanent. Sometimes this requires several emails.
When we quote a price there are no hidden fees. No artwork fee, no setup fees. Of course there is sales tax added unless you provide us with your tax exempt info.
