WE use 2 or 3 day Priority Mail with the US Postal Service. On orders with multiple items we combine items into 1 box if possible to save on shipping costs and refund any shipping overages charged at checkout.
We want to ensure that everyone is happy with their order and we will refund the purchase price if the customer is not satisfied. We always send drafts/proofs for approval before running custom orders and since we can't resale custom orders, there won't be a refund. We ask for 10 business days to get your items personalized and out to you, Including shipping times. We try very hard to get your items personalized and out to you as quickly as possible. Many times in the same day.

When we quote a price there are no hidden fees. No artwork fee, no setup fees. Of course there is sales tax added unless you provide us with your tax exempt info.
